SPEEDOMETER SETTLEMENT NOTICE

The court granted approval of the settlement and entered judgment on November 7, 2008. However, two separate appeals were filed which sought to challenge the court's approval of the settlement. On March 2, 2009, the Court of Appeal issued an order dismissing those appeals. On March 3, 2009, the Federal District Court in Seattle, Washington, filed the order dismissing the appeals. The effective date of settlement is March 10, 2009.

The settlement of this case is now final and you may proceed to seek settlement benefits if you are a class member.

You may now mail your Customer Reimbursement Claim Form to the address provided on the Claim Form and include receipts and proof of payment. Please allow 60 days for processing your claim.

If you previously submitted a Claim Form, you do not need to resubmit the form. Submitting duplicate Claim Forms may delay the resolution of your claim.
